For some, the focus is on getting by in the day to day, for others it’s conversations with colleagues or being able to speak to other parents at their child’s school.

1-on-1 Lessons
Personal lessons give you full attention and flexibility.
We focus on the Dutch that matters in your life — whether that’s meetings, conversations with colleagues, or everyday situations (a visit to your child’s school, a doctor’s appointment or a quick café visit )
This format works well if you want steady progress in a way that fits around your schedule. I offer sessions everyday of the week, including weekends. You get your own digital folder where we upload and keep all material and notes.

Small Group Lessons
Some people prefer learning together, and if you have someone to do classes with it can be a super valuable peer-to-peer experience.
Small groups (2–4 people) create a more social setting, while still keeping things focused and personal. You learn from each other, practise together, and build confidence in speaking in a natural way.
I keep groups small on purpose, so there is always room for individual attention.

Inburgering Exam Preparation
For many, learning Dutch is tied directly to the inburgering exam — and often to a residence permit riding on the result.
I know exactly which boxes you need to tick to pass, and I provide the exercises and material to get you there efficiently.
One way that works particularly well: working through the mock exams on the government website. We do them during the lesson, catching mistakes as they happen. It’s a very effective way of working because you’ll get to know the type of questions you’ll face on the day, and exactly which grammar structures and vocabulary you actually need to answer them well.
This format works well if you’re working toward a deadline and want a clear, efficient path to get there.

Intensive Courses
Some students want faster progress — a new job starting soon, a deadline approaching, or simply wanting to move quickly.
Intensive courses mean more frequent sessions over a shorter period. How often we meet will depend on your availabillity. Options range from two 3-hour lessons a week, up to a full immersion — 6 hours a day, every day, for three weeks.

Corporate Lessons
I also work with companies that support their international employees in learning Dutch.
Lessons are adapted to the professional context — meetings, communication with colleagues, and day-to-day workplace situations.
In most cases, I work directly with the individual, while keeping things simple and clear for the organisation.
Online format
All lessons are taught online.
Materials are shared digitally, and everything is set up so you can continue learning between sessions if you want.
